Cecilia Mkondiwa is the Manger of Loans and Operations for The Women's Enterprise Centre, an organization which has served over 80,000 BC women since 1995! The Women's Enterprise Centre was established in 1995 by Western Economic Diversification Canada, to assist women in starting and growing businesses in British Columbia. It has grown to become the leading business resource centre in our province for women starting, purchasing or growing a small business.
